Refunds & Returns

Silk & Style are confident you will be suitably satisfied with your purchase from us.

However, should you for any reason wish to return any goods you should contact us within 28 days of receipt to arrange a return. Requests for refunds/returns after 28 days will not be considered. Goods should be received by Silk and Style within 28 days of notification of intent to return.

Any returned products must be in the original undamaged packaging, and the goods should not have been used or damaged in any way. Any returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be refunded.

Silk & Style cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned and fail to arrive at Silk & Style, and no refunds will be made in such cases or any other cases where an item has not been returned or received by Silk & Style.

Orders returned within the specified time will be refunded for the products returned. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Silk & Style's part.
