Delivery time and cost
 

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment  authorisation and stock availability.

Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown in one corner of the address label (in small font, without the 'Silk & Style' logo).

You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable) however many separate shipments we make to you.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
 

 

Back orders
 

We aspire to 100% in-stock availability. If we are out of stock of a particular item but are expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order. The wait time for new supplies is usually two to three weeks, but it can occasionally be longer. On those rare occasions, you will be emailed with the option of continuing to wait or cancelling the order.
Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil an order.

Under all circumstances, your PayPal Account will not be charged until the goods are shipped. You will also only be charged once for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable), however many shipments we make to you

 

How to cancel

 How do I cancel an order ?

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service team on one of the following numbers, or email us, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction that you wish to cancel the order.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us. Click here for the relevant return addresses.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
